1. Our Services

Our website provides information about CoVi Automations and lets you request an AI voice demo, callback, or meeting. A demo is for evaluation only. Paid services require a separate written agreement with CoVi Automations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for a company, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

3. Demo Calls

When you submit a demo form, you ask us to place an automated call using an AI-generated voice at the number you provide. You must own that number or have permission to use it. The call may be recorded or transcribed. We do not guarantee that a call will connect or begin at a specific time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the website and demos lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

• Provide false information or submit someone else's phone number without permission.
• Use the service for fraud, harassment, spam, unlawful calls, or other illegal activity.
• Bypass security controls or rate limits, disrupt the service, or introduce harmful code.
• Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the website or its content.

5. AI Limitations

AI responses, transcripts, and summaries may be incomplete or incorrect. The demo is only an example and may not match a finished service. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.

6. Intellectual Property

CoVi Automations and its licensors own the website, software, text, graphics, logos, audio, workflows, and other content. You may use the website only for lawful evaluation of our services. No other rights are granted.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for scheduling, workflows, phone calls, AI, hosting, and security. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third-party service's independent actions or availability.

8. Availability and Suspension

We may change, pause, or end any website feature at any time. We may reject or suspend access that violates these Terms, breaks the law, threatens security, or harms another person or service.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the website and demos are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CoVi Automations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost business arising from the website or demos. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the website service during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will show when they were last changed. By continuing to use the website after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
